If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Only items that have not been worn, altered or washed may be returned or exchanged and must have all the original tags/protective packaging attached. SALE and or CLEARANCE items are only eligible for creditor exchange.
Custom made wedding gowns require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Contact us for required measurements and scheduled fitting recommendations.
All items for return or exchange must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number can be obtained by emailing customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you receive your RMA number, please pack the item(s) securely and ship via insured USPS to the address provided below.
